some bugger pulls the rug from under your feet.
Having finally got a team together who are a good balance of skills and capabilities, then started to review the policies and process we work to in order to be more efficient and effective, those on high decided that costs needed to be cut. Ergo I am back to the all to familiar situation of having to deal with redundancies but worse, in that it's that it's with my own team :o(
They laughing called it streamlining where I worked.
